This is the ad I chose for the week because it shows that a truth can go a long way. It doesn’t feature a cuddly bear or a stain comparison.

When it comes down to it any stain, at any given moment, is distracting. The story that Tide-to-Go makes in this commercial speaks volumes to the noise that’s allowed to air in its category.

Enjoy!

My first post had to be this. This was the channel that raised me and these cartoons were my only friends for a very long time.

As a kid, everything I knew about the world started with Bugs Bunny’s love/hate relationship with Daffy Duck. And to this day, the shows currently on this network are still conversation starters for me and my friends.

This tribute to Cartoon Networks 20th Birthday marks a milestone in childhood memories. The music video captures all the classic characters as well as a variety of current cast into one psychedelic and nostalgic experience that captures what this network in about.

For many it was a place to laugh and to be entertained. But it also served the purpose of connecting kids. When I was a kid, these shows helped me to relate to my friends and that was the foundation we built our relationship around.

So let’s all “Do the Monkey!” and celebrate the best years of our childhood. Happy Birthday Cartoon Network!
